来たる7月29日にインド最高裁においてブッダガヤ寺院管理法裁判最終審理があり判決が下されるとのことです。
この裁判はインド仏教1億人の指導者である佐々井秀嶺上人が心血を注いできた裁判です。

今回の最高裁判決が、平和的決断によって、ブッダガヤ大菩提寺の管理権を仏教徒に返還され、全インド仏教徒の誇りが回復されるものになることを切に希望します。

Regarding the Judgment in the Bodh Gaya Temple Management Act Case
On July 29, the final hearing of the Bodh Gaya Temple Management Act case will take place at the Supreme Court of India, and a judgment is expected to be delivered.
This case represents the culmination of the long-standing efforts of Shurei Sasai, a spiritual leader and advocate for the rights of over 100 million Buddhists in India.

We believe that this struggle to reclaim the Mahabodhi Temple holds profound symbolic significance in the broader legacy of Shurei Sasai’s activities.
We sincerely hope that the Supreme Court’s ruling will lead to the peaceful restoration of management rights over the Mahabodhi Temple in Bodh Gaya to Buddhists, thereby restoring a sense of pride and justice to Buddhists throughout India.
